Return Policy & Cancellations
Order cancellations must be submitted prior to order being shipped. Once an item has been shipped the order can no longer be canceled and must fall under our return policy

Orders may not be returned under any circumstance. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please contact us at contact@healwellmedicalsupply.com to get answers regarding return policy and full instructions on where and how to place an order. Please note some items may have a restocking fee between 30% and 45% depending on product and manufacturer restocking terms.

Shipping Policy

We only ship orders to the 48 Continental United States. All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and sometimes same day. We ship from multiple warehouses around the country. Invoices with multiple items may be delivered in separate packages. We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders up to $799 and anything over in most cases receives free ground shipping. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, or Canada.

What information do we collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
